Butter fried boneless chicken

One of my most favorite recipe. It is quiet simple and amazing to have as a side dish


  • 1 kg Boneless chicken
  • salted butter 250g
  • lime 2 or 3
  • salt 1 tablespoon
  • 3 table spoon minced garlic
  • 1 table spoon black pepper powder


Marinate the chicken in lime juice salt and pepper. Keep it aside for a couple of hours

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

add the minced garlic and saute for a bit

add chicken pieces and keep the flame medium

wait for a side to turn golden brown and flip

flip till the pieces are fully cooked.

slight charring increases the taste.

serve it hot after cutting up
